Fitness has been my lifelong passion — a journey that’s taken me from my early training days to working with some of the world’s most recognized fitness clubs, including Ozone, Celebrity Fitness, Fitness First, and LA Fitness. Throughout this journey, one goal has always guided me: helping people unlock their best selves — physically, mentally, and confidently.
