I’m Vik, a dedicated fitness consultant with over fifteen years of experience in the fitness industry. Fitness has been my passion since my youth, and over the years, I've had the privilege of working with some of the most well-known fitness clubs, including Ozone, Celebrity Fitness, Fitness
First, and LA Fitness. My ultimate goal has always been to help individuals achieve and maintain their health and fitness, no matter where they start.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, and I am committed to continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness methods. Over the years, I have developed my own unique training style that delivers results in the shortest amount of time with the most efficient effort. My experience spans a variety of training methods, including Weight Training, Functional Training, Bodyweight Training, Plyometric Training, Kickboxing, Body Conditioning, and Boot Camps.
